Can I make orders on the ALDO official website without registering as a ALDO Crew?
Yes, you can make purchases, check items and receive goods without registering as an ALDO Crew member, but we will not keep your shopping records, and we will not be able to accumulate reward points in your exclusive member account.
At the same time, you also cannot use the full functionality of the website or return your orders.
What is the benefits to bo register as an ALDO Crew?
The ALDO Crew membership registration process is fast and simple.
Once you successfully join the member, we will record each purchase information and amount of your order in your exclusive member account. Also, we will accumulate your reward points and coupon discounts.
If you are our new ALDO Crew member, you will get an exclusive shopping coupon and often receive our member only events invitation.
I'm a member of ALDO physical store(VIP/Star Diamond), will I still get a discount on ALDO's official website?
The VIP/Star Diamond members' coupons and birthday offer are not allowed to be used on our website.
The ALDO official website provides member-specific reward points and online discount coupons, therefore, those benefits are not allowed to be redeemed in the physical ALDO stores as well.
After you register as an ALDO Crew official website member, your gift voucher will be transferred to reward points in your member account. And it can be used as a discount in future orders.
Reward points conversion rate: Reward points are not counted for a single checkout amount below 999 NTD. 1% reward points can be accumulated for a checkout payment of 1,000 to 3,000 NTD; 3% bonus points can be accumulated for a checkout amount of 3001 to 6,000 NTD; 5% reward points can be accumulated for a checkout payment of 6001 NTD or more. The period of validity for the reward points will be 180 days.
During a specific product activity period, the value of your bonus points can be magnified up to limitless times of the value of the cash discount. When you log in to your member account for product browsing, the price of the product you see is already calculated after the product’s own schedule discount with the reward points that you own. Bonus points are obtained mainly from the amount of shopping consumption. The calculation basis of bonus points is the checkout amount of a single order, which cannot be accumulated between orders.
The conversion calculations listed above are rounded off after the decimal point. For example, if the checkout amount of a single order is 6,001 NTD, you can receive a 5% bonus to accumulate 300 points, and general consumption can be deducted from the value of NT$300. The bonus points will be added into your member account when the order's invoice is sent. And it will usually take 10 working days after you receive the order. The reward points generated on the ALDO official website are treated as cash, and can be combined with special offers, event discounts and discount coupons for use. If you choose to use reward points during checkout, all your reward points will be converted into cash value to offset the order's checkout amount, and the order's checkout amount will accumulate new reward points for you.If your reward points are higher than the checkout amount of the order, the remaining reward points will be deposited back into your member account, and the order amount will be zero, and you can receive the purchased goods without any cost. Reward points cannot be transferred or combined through accounts to calculate discounts. If the order is completed by using reward points to offset the checkout amount, and the return is not due to product defects, the used reward points will not be able to accumulate to your member account.

If the item shows "out of stock", where can I buy it?
If your favorite product has just been marked as "out of stock", you are welcome to inform us at any time, we will check for you whether the counters in Taiwan have the style you need to help you purchase your favorite product.
How long can I receive my orders? Support shipping overseas? How much is the shipping cost?
Your orders will be sending after confirming the payment, the estimated days are as follows: Taiwan (Main Island/Outer Island): 2-7 working days.
Overseas regions (Hong Kong/Macau/Japan): about 7-14 working days.
The overseas shipping service currently only supports Hong Kong/ Macau/Japan regions. The shipping fee is around TW$600-TW$800 (within 6 items). Check your shipping fee on the checkout page. If your order number is exceeded 6 items, please contact our customer service for help. Overseas returns are not allowed.
Can I go to the ALDO physical store and pick up the goods I purchased on the ALDO official website?
As the counter's accounting and inventory system is different from the ALDO official website, we are sorry that we cannot provide counter pick-up service. If you live in a place where it is not convenient to receive parcels, you may consider using a convenience store pick-up method.
How to return/exchange my items and shipping cost?
Hope you love ALDO’s products. If there is any size inconsistency, you can contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the product. The customer service staff will assist you in completing the return and exchange process. Please contact us within 7 days from the day when the product is delivered. It will not be accepted after 7 days. Please maintain the integrity of the product, including the packaging box/internal packaging material/product itself and accessories or gifts. If someone damages or inserts sundries that do not belong to the product, or outer packaging of the shoe box is damaged, or entangled tape so that it loses the standard of new product sales, returns are not accepted. The return of the current order is limited to one time. If there is a second return of the same order, the buyer must pay the postage for the return.
