※ Register to join our member before you purchase to track your order, and start accumulate your reward points.
※ Before you place your order we won't be able to save your item. The distribution and the shipping will be according to the order's sequence.
※ The arrival time are not predictable, please wait for our notification.
※ Please make sure your order's item, color, size, amount are correct. If there are more further issues please contact ALDO Taiwan official Facebook or ALDO Taiwan [email protected] account.
※ Our receipt will be send to your email within 7 days when you order arrive. Please choose the option of physical receipt if you need one.
※ Our crew member will check your item before we ship it to you. If there are any problems with the item or the order ALDO have the right to disqualify the order, and refund the item.
※ Each item are from different batch, so the color and size may have some difference. We've adjusted the picture to the closest color to the actual item, but due to computer setting issues the item may or may not have some difference in color. Please make sure you can accept the difference in color before you purchase it.
We currently provide credit card, ATM (Please remember to press the "取得繳費帳號" button to get the paying code for your order), Ibon, Famiport, Life-ET, Ok Go. (Please remember to press the "取得繳費帳號" button to get the paying code for your order. This applied to all convienient store.)
How do I cancel or change my order?
After placing the order the original item cannot be delere. If you wan to change your order please contact us via ALDO customer service email.

Anything purchased via the online store is not able to be refunded at the physical store, vice versa.
How do we ship our item, and how do we charge the shipping fee?
The order will be delivered through the shipping company to your location as fast as possible.
Taiwan main island shipping fee $100NTD, free shipping on spending over $1500NTD. Outlying island shipping fee $200NTD, free shipping on spending over $2500NTD。Overseas shipping is paid according to the actual freight. The basic packaging volume: length 32cm, width 15cm, height 38cm, no more than 3 kg, and no return or exchange is allowed overseas.
When will I receive my item?
After we receive the payment we will ship the item around 2 to 7 working days. Shipping will be postponed if we encounter holidays during the process. The shipping process will take another 2 to 7 working days to arrive in areas within Taiwan.
If you encounter any issues listed below during the shipping process, we are not responsible for delayed delivery: (1) The information provided by the purchaser is incorrect, the address is not in detail, or other reasons. (2) After the orders are delivered, if the purchaser didn't pick up the order resulting in undeliverable or delayed delivery. (3) Caused by changes in circumstances. (4) Pre-sale goods. (5) Caused by force majeure factors, such as natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden wars, etc.
What should I do if I did not receive my order within 7 days?
After we deliver the items we will contact you via email. If you didn't receive your items within the times they should, please contact our customer service. If you did not contact the customer service staff within 5 working days after the number of days you should receive the items. We will not be liable for any loss, and the purchaser is responsible for the loss.
How do I refund or change my item?
We hope you love ALDO's item, and in order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, the products enjoy a 7-day appreciation period (non-trial period). If there is any size irregularity, you can contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the product. The customer service staff will assist you in completing the return and exchange process. Shoe and bag products have a one-time free return and exchange service. The return will be fully refunded (excluding shipping fee). It will not be accepted after delivery for more than 7 days. Please maintain the integrity of the product, including the box/internal packaging, material/product If someone damages the product itself and its accessories or gifts, or inserts unrelated items that are not part of the product, or the shoe box packaging is damaged or tape is wound so that it loses the quality for sale as a new product, returns will not be accepted. Each order can only be refunded once, if the same order is being returned twice the purchaser will have to pay for the shipping fee.
※Accessories, earrings, glasses, hats, hair accessories, shoe care products are not refundable, please confirm before placing an order.
※Free exchange can be provided once for each purchase
※After returning the goods, the original purchase amount does not meet the original "free shipping qualification", and the original order shipping fee of $100 will be deducted when refunding (Orders set up during the whole store free shipping period,will be deemed to be eligible for free shipping).
※After the return if the original order does not reach the "rebate " or the products does not reach the number of combined sales, the goods reserved for the same order shall be calculated based on the current selling price.
※After the return, the original order amount has not reached the standard of the "gift" of the current order. Please send the gift with the returned items.
※Because it is impossible to know the buyer’s personal account for out-of-stock goods, all accounts will be kept as gift voucher. If you need to refund, please provide your order's information and bank or post office account (not an ATM card number) at the order communication office.
※The refund will be completed within 5-7 working days after receiving your returned goods and refund information. If you find that the amount of money is incorrect after the refund, please contact the customer service immediately. Please forgive us for any inconvenience.
How to return your item?
Press the "Contact Us" button or contact us by emailing to [email protected] and let us know you want to return or change your item. Please provide us your "Receiver's name", "order number", and the reason for return and exchange, and provide your receiving address or other return methods, and our customer service staff will help you
Exchanging / Wait for the goods to be shipped to the designated location, and pick up for the replaced item.
Return / We currently provide "pickup at home" service. The process will take approximately 5-7 days. Please pack the goods in return.
We will receive the returned items approximately 1 week later, and we will start the refund process immediately. We will charge 30 NTD from the refund as a remittance fee.

After you register as an ALDO Crew official website member, your gift voucher will be transferred to reward points in your member account. And it can be used as a discount in future orders.
Reward points conversion rate: Reward points are not counted for a single checkout amount below 999 NTD. 1% reward points can be accumulated for a checkout payment of 1,000 to 3,000 NTD; 3% bonus points can be accumulated for a checkout amount of 3001 to 6,000 NTD; 5% reward points can be accumulated for a checkout payment of 6001 NTD or more. The period of validity for the reward points will be 180 days.
During a specific product activity period, the value of your bonus points can be magnified up to limitless times of the value of the cash discount. When you log in to your member account for product browsing, the price of the product you see is already calculated after the product’s own schedule discount with the reward points that you own. Bonus points are obtained mainly from the amount of shopping consumption. The calculation basis of bonus points is the checkout amount of a single order, which cannot be accumulated between orders.
The conversion calculations listed above are rounded off after the decimal point. For example, if the checkout amount of a single order is 6,001 NTD, you can receive a 5% bonus to accumulate 300 points, and general consumption can be deducted from the value of NT$300. The bonus points will be added into your member account when the order's invoice is sent. And it will usually take 10 working days after you receive the order. The reward points generated on the ALDO official website are treated as cash, and can be combined with special offers, event discounts and discount coupons for use. If you choose to use reward points during checkout, all your reward points will be converted into cash value to offset the order's checkout amount, and the order's checkout amount will accumulate new reward points for you.If your reward points are higher than the checkout amount of the order, the remaining reward points will be deposited back into your member account, and the order amount will be zero, and you can receive the purchased goods without any cost. Reward points cannot be transferred or combined through accounts to calculate discounts. If the order is completed by using reward points to offset the checkout amount, and the return is not due to product defects, the used reward points will not be able to accumulate to your member account.
